A £25 deposit is required when booking appointments.  This can be paid via BACS.  This £25 deposit is refundable if the consultation is cancelled at least 48hours prior to the scheduled appointment date/time.  Once the consultation has taken place the £25 is redeemable against treatment costs within 6 months following consultation.  The consultation fee is for a consultation with Louise Dunne Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  Beautifully Dunne operates a 48hour cancellation policy.  If you fail to attend or fail to inform us of the need to reschedule in advance then your deposit will be forfeited.

Please do not bring young children with you to appointments unless you have a adult to supervise them whilst your consultation/treatment takes place.

Refunds

You are able to change your appointment free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled appointment date.

Due to circumstances out of the clinic’s control it may be necessary to cancel appointments at short notice.  If this is the case you will be offered an appointment for the soonest available date.  If this doesn’t suit you then you will be offered a deposit refund for your appointment.  Refunds for other expenses such as travel bookings will not be covered by Beautifully Dunne.

Treatment costs are for the delivery of treatment following a full medical consultation. Louise the Aesthetic nurse will use her expertise and well researched products and treatments to deliver your treatment.  Louise strives to provide excellent service, continuously update her knowledge and skills, be factual, honest, professional and ethical with all aspects of your care.  However, results can not be guaranteed and if the results fail to meet your expectations we are unable to offer refunds.

Complaints

Beautifully Dunne takes pride in providing quality service and will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

Any complaints should be made in writing/email to
